With the growth of the club, the need for the active participation of the ladies grew. So, at the meeting on January 22, 1971, the Ladies’ Group was brought into being. In just the first years of its existence, the Ladies’ Group was given the job of supplementing the history of the organization with photos from all events, as well as trips and visits.
At many club events, the ladies prepare the food and bake the delicious desserts. Two editions of a Donauschwaben cookbook have also been published by the ladies. It is important to the ladies to transplant the Donauschwaben culture and customs into our descendants. They are proud of their work in the club and hope that their activity will be useful to all Donauschwaben in the future.
